I am grateful for their quick response in sending out a technician to inspect and diagnose what I feared to be a bed bugs problem. He was able to find a bug and told me exactly what it is and its habits. They advised against procedures with little effectiveness so money was not wasted in an ineffective direction. They are very helpful and trustworthy. Highly recommended!
